Wellness plan

 It has been hard moving on from my first placement. I feel tired going into the 2nd placement. My wellness plan for this is to remind myself to stay as positive as in my first placement. I prep my meals in advance on a Sunday night. This helps me have more time for myself after student teaching and work.

I look back at pictures of my time at my first placement to remind myself I will enjoy this placement just as much once I have found my feet in this placement.

  2. Being ready the night before really does help keep you positive as you start your day. That way when the unexcepted happen you have the time to take a deep breath and smile. You will do great and find why you love these students in a different way,
